last weeks i’ve been eating very well and I finally got my ass at the gym. I have a program that i’m  following 2 times a week and a trainer which’s helping me and observing if i’m doing everything right , so i’m really happy ! ))) 

today I weighted in aaaaaaaand yeah, I think i’m befriending my scale again

I’m at 146.3lbs

Weight IN

omg omg omg =) finally I weight in today ) and luckily I haven’t  been crying the whole day after that ) 66.7 (maybe  even less)

a few weeks ago (when I started to work I was  almost 70 kg again , because I have  20 minutes for lunch .. so I can’t have a very healthy lunch) + i can’t drink water … 1 glass all day + 2 mini glasses of tea and that’s all..

and I was so scared I’ve been putting weight on again , so I started to eat yogurt + fruits at lunch instead of the sandwich .. and it’s better… so I guess I’ll continue that way …  

must loose 6kg …

so many cute boys out there .. oh my… ^^

I’ve waited a few days to make sure I’m really at 66 again and not just my scale being nice.
1.6 lb to go till my next GW! and 6.6lbs to go till my normal BMI!

I’m happy =) even if I gained this weight .. i’m gettind rid of it with hard work.

and even if I won’t have a normal BMI by the end of november as I wanted … I’m still cool with this… Nobody said it will be easy…. and shit happens.. It doesn’t matter how much time it will take… I just want to reach my UGW…   But I’d like it to be sooner rather than later ))))

omg I actually gained some weight..

from 66-9 to 69.3  *cries* I was  2lbs away from my 3rd GW and now what .. i’m back at wanting my 2nd gw.. I always ruin everything :(

what the hell is wrong with me ..  Christmas is coming and I hoped I could lose some serious weight but i’m just doing it all wrong .. and then I wanted a normal BMI by the end of november … it sux… i’m disappointed …
