I haven&amp;#8217;t felt so good in like &amp;#8230; months! Really,i&amp;#8217;m amazed and all this thanks to my new eating habits and training (well my whole body hurts and that I love too)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Weeks ago I was like &amp;#8216;I can&amp;#8217;t eat healthy at lunch&amp;#8230; I don&amp;#8217;t have time&amp;#8217; but now I found time &amp;#8230; Waking up 15 minutes earlier in the morning and prepare a salad for lunch and fruits for snacks instead of buying sandwiches &amp;#8230; I so love it!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And today I&amp;#8217;ve had my zumba class.&lt;br/&gt;
Another thing I totally love.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Here’s what you’ll need:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;All natural, low fat vanilla yogurt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Blueberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strawberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Waffle ice cream cones&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;This is what you do:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Wash, and slice strawberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Wash blueberries&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In waffle cone, add a spoon full of vanilla yogurt, then fruit, another spoonful of yogurt, and top it off with fruit. I wouldn’t recommend doing more then 2 layers. It gets kinda messy if you do… trust me ;)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put cones in the freezer, just until they’re chilled..right before they start to freeze (about an hour) **or you could just eat em’ up, and skip the freezer :)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Here’s What I’m Thinking:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Calories: About 110 for one cone&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;other fun things to add: dark choc chips, almonds, raspberries, white choc chips, endless possibilities! (have fun with it)&lt;/p&gt;
