Just came from gym … I’m exhausted !!! I like the way my zumba instructor makes us buuuuurn fat))) and my whole body hurts from Monday .. Well tomorrow it will be worse
Aaaaaand my back hurts:(((

Lunch -kiwi+apple+peach + yogurt
Snack:banana
Dinner:soup+wheat bread

I know I should switch dinner with lunch but I can’t have soup at work..))

I feel so greaaaaattttt!!!! OMG!!
I haven’t felt so good in like … months! Really,i’m amazed and all this thanks to my new eating habits and training (well my whole body hurts and that I love too)

Weeks ago I was like ‘I can’t eat healthy at lunch… I don’t have time’ but now I found time … Waking up 15 minutes earlier in the morning and prepare a salad for lunch and fruits for snacks instead of buying sandwiches … I so love it!!

And today I’ve had my zumba class.
Another thing I totally love.

Now I must begin lift some weights again…
